“I didn’t receive it. It’s been two weeks since I ordered it. The contact with client service is close to impossible. I wrote 10 emails during one week when I was trying to find out what’s happening with my parcel. Apart of automated replies in German I received three vague responses but no follow ups. The contact with the courier is also not possible. I’m so dissatisfied and I strongly advise to not use the online shop from Reisenthal.”
