“Manufacturing defects. Holes for screws were misaligned. I had to cut larger slots on the timber and drill larger holes in the aluminium frame. Not every customer is going to be handy with tools and one would expect better for the price of the item. Sent an email to the sales team, no reply. Aside from the assembly issues, happy with the product.”
