“Liking the design and comfortness. However, on my 2nd day trying this strap, it became useless.
Suddenly, the hinges were loose and disasseled as per the attached pic. Never did vigorous exercise or activity without wearing the strap. If you're monitoring this reveiw, please consider to offer me refund and refund exchange to same product.

“Great service! They sent the order promptly and also included an extra band for free. Unfortunately the item was not as shown in the picture, which was apparently a photo of the "original" brand item, rather than what was sent. Having said that, it is a reasonably good replica and of acceptable quality, although again, clearly of a lesser quality/standard than the original item. Good value for the price as the "original" brand is more than 10X the price.”
