“WhileI have enjoyed the way in which the new towels dry, I have a couple of cavitates concerning them. There were only two of the four towels I wanted in the Duncan store. I am currently unable to come in to the store and so did not have the opportunity to view the two towels that had to be brought in. I found the hand towel was considerably larger than the one described as a hand towel that I purchased in store. If we were talking china, this would be the luncheon plate as opposed to the bread plate. Also there were two pulled threads on the towels which I have snipped off. Hopefully, this will not affect the integrity of the weave, but should have been addressed by quality control. Overall, the towels fit in well with my bathroom decor and I look forward to using them in the years ahead.”
“Really love, love these towels super soft and dry quickly. Would buy again! Only give 4 stars because the dye lot is slightly different from the 2 towels side by side. Minor oversight from Resthouse while placing the order. Delivery and ordering were first class all the way”
