“When I phoned I was very impressed with the information, time and friendly customer service given to me. I was looking for the feel of the “ old fashioned” percale sheets, the ones when you moved your foot for instance to another spot and it would feel smooth and cool. These sheets feel abit rougher to me and dont give me the cool experience however having said that I was really imoressed how they washed up. They didnt come out of the washer terribly wrinkled and like a limp rag. They had body and I believe over more washings the sheets will feel smoother. I gave the pillow cases a quick ironing but that is just me, I like cases ironed. Give the sheets a try! I also was very happy to receive my package within a week and I dont live in BC”
