“I ordered a 5lb kakun premium Eco wool body pillow, and I received it on Christmas Eve. I wanted to comment only after trying it, and after
Two weeks of trying it. I am very, very happy with the purchase. Personally, it improved my overall quality of sleep. I am 5'8" and the 5lb maybe a bit bigger and not easy to move it to your other side, by the way the lady already told me it will be bigger for my size, but I insisted on the 5lb. Again I wouldn't change anything. In fact, I would wait a bit and purchase two more for my girls, who are shorter with smaller frame.
Again, it maybe bulkier for some people, so you should be aware of that. I purchased it through phone, since I don't live in BC. I recommend to go to the store and try it.
Cons: A bit expensive but the quality demands the price. The trick, check their website and purchase when on sale.
The last but not the least is the customer service experience by Charlene. I called her many times, asking her many questions, and she patiently answered them all. I don't think I would have purchased this pillow if it was somebody else. She's very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you Charlene.”
