“The customer service is amazing and so is the mattress topper! Chris let me try 3 different toppers in store many times. I chose one, tried it that night and realized it wasn’t the right one. I took it back the next morning in hopes that I could exchange it even though I had “used” it. No problem! I upgraded to the one I needed and the other one was put into the discount area because it had been used. Amazing customer service and an amazing product!”

“This is a group of professional, hugely helpful, dedicated people.
They took the time to show me how to use the body pillow and make adjustments that I have been using at home. Now if I wake in the night with pain, I adjust myself and my pillow and fall back to sleep. My back has never been so comfortable and is much better during the daytime too. I really never thought a body pillow could make such a consistent difference. It is reassuring to know that my pillow made of completely natural materials too.”
