“My concerns and complaints are already on file. In sum: while your company does go the extra mile my experience has not been what I had hoped. I have just returned from three weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia. During that time all the beds I slept in - viking ship Saigon, 3 high end hotels, the last one Sheraton in Ho Chi Min City, all found me rested and without pain in the morning. Now I am back to my latex mattress and once again can only sleep on my left side, otherwise my hip and/or back will be aching by morning. Why?”
