“I bought my mattress online without trying it...and I am very happy with it. I am having excellent sleeps!
They were also excellent in scheduling the delivery, and keeping me updated to work with my schedule, and super friendly on top of everything else.
This is a firmer mattress- which I personally like. I also bought the coconut coir to put underneath the mattress - this has a bit of a strong scent (but it has dissipated a bit which is good - I think most people it wouldn't bother - I have a very strong sense of smell.

“Store service was really good, no complaints about that. But the futon mattress wasn’t for me, they are too thick and soft to be firm and supportive .
I didn’t have a good night sleep from day one, no matter how often you turn and rotate the mattress. It’s just not helping because the middle section of this futon hasn’t been stuffed enough or extra material .”

“We received our shikibuton quite quickly after placing order and was abit skeptical after seeing how thin the futon was compared to my old 14” mattress. But I cannot complain, my sleeping has vastly improved and and my lower back pain has gone since switching beds. Highly recommended, but be prepared that’s it not your typical bed type.”
