“The best customer experience ever! This team really knows how to deal with customers, from the on line chat to receiving the body pillow, to the follow up email. The pillow itself is so big and fluffy! I did take some latex fill out of it and was able to make another pillow because I also bought a King size latex head pillow and took some fill out of that too. Fantastic product, fantastic people to deal with. Very happy with my purchase.”

However Chris says that I can bring it in to be customized - that is a big help ! Will do this . How long do I need to leave it to be customized as I live in Ladysmith so would need to have this fixed in a few hours . Will bring my old pillow that is too soft and my new pillow that is wayyyyyyy to big !
I find it strange that you try out a pillow that works well then you are sold a totally different item for many dollars ..............”

Thank you for your feedback on the Savvy Rest Shredded Latex Body Pillow. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with it presently. We can most certainly customize it at our showroom for you. It will take between 5 and 10 minutes for us to get it to be at the best fit for you. We make sure to pre-customize our showroom model body pillows, as the body pillows themselves come over stuffed. This ensures that customers with many different body types can customize each one to suit their needs, by taking fill out and if needed, adding it back. It can grow with the user.
We wanted to confirm that you received the instructions for customization with the body pillow. When you come in, we will have another one for you if you did not receive one.

“Hi! Thanks for the opportunity to share! First, I’d like to say that I am not a shopper at heart, but every time I’ve been in your store I have been impressed by the product lineup, the ethic of the store in general, and the consistent first rate service. Well done! :) Ok, so the body pillow - I’ve decided to call it “Hunny”, for obvious reasons.. (“Hunny, come cuddle..”) I was excited to get Hunny to bed, because my post-menopausal sleep patterns are, at best, consistently inconsistent. I did a test cuddle, removed some of the stuffing, and was ready to go. Slept well. Glory :) Next night, slept poorly, in spite of Hunny’s cuddle efforts. After a few nights I removed some more stuffing and I think I have Hunny at the perfect pajama size now. But it’s still a bit inconsistent.. I love Hunny, comfy and cuddly, altho a bit heavy and awkward. If I need to switch sides it’s a bit of an ordeal. So, to make a long story short..oopsie, too late ;) .. I think the product itself is good, I’m just not 100% sure it’s helped me in particular to any great extent (sorry Hunny ) That said, it’s not hurting either. A good cuddle is still a good cuddle.
