“It took me awhile to get used to my pillow, but once I did, I really enjoyed it. It think it has helped with my neck pain and I believe I sleep better. Love to sort of create a little depression to cradle my head.”

“To be honest I'm diappointed with this pillow and regret not trying it out instore before buying online.
Even after removing a portion of the filling ( which I found to be a messy procedure ) in order to personalize it to my requirements I could not get used to the smell or the texture. I much prefer the woollen filled pillow. Sorry, but you asked---”

We invite you to stop into our Duncan warehouse or the Victoria store, and we will happily customize your pillow further. We do this all the time, so we hardly spill any fill 😏. The latex smell will dissipate one the pillow has time to air out - since they arrive vacuum packed. The pillow does need a slighy bigger than normal pillow cover, but they have them in the store.”
