I am a hot sleeper, and Chris and Resthouse suggested I may find the heat dissipation of a rubber pillow to be helpful. I was skeptical, but I trusted Chris' depth of knowledge so I took a chance. So glad I did. This is such a comfortable pillow, which came with a huge bag of extra rubber chunks so we could adjust the firmness/stuffing of each pillow to our individual preferrence. “To be honest I'm diappointed with this pillow and regret not trying it out instore before buying online.
Even after removing a portion of the filling ( which I found to be a messy procedure ) in order to personalize it to my requirements I could not get used to the smell or the texture. I much prefer the woollen filled pillow. Sorry, but you asked---”

We invite you to stop into our Duncan warehouse or the Victoria store, and we will happily customize your pillow further. We do this all the time, so we hardly spill any fill 😏. The latex smell will dissipate one the pillow has time to air out - since they arrive vacuum packed.
