“The experience in the store was very personal, informative and I did not feel pressured into buying anything. I bought the Sleeptek, wool pillows. I ended up taking about half of the stuffing out. The pillows are a little denser than I am used to but I found I could shape them the way I wanted once a lot of the stuffing was removed.
