“The store is wonderful - like walking into someone’s super-clean COVID-safe hygge living room. And Dalyn’s service made me feel right at home. Knows his stuff too and answered my myriad questions. In the end I couldn’t decide because they both felt so dreamy that I bought a Kacun Organic Wool pillow AND a Kacun Organic Shredded Latex pillow hahaha!! It’s been over a month and I still can’t decide - LOVE them both! So adjustable and comfortable, just what I needed for my C-spine issues. Note that they each have their own unique smell when fresh out of the bag however in about a week this dissipates and now is barely discernible. Definitely Five Stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
