“Your online site is very easy to use and very informative. The delivery time even with the pandemic was in good time. There is an adjustment time to get used to the pillow. It is a totally different experience from fibre fill and takes some time to get used to the laytex. I am still in the process of putting in and taking out the fill to achieve the ideal pillow.I found the laytex firmer than I expected, so that is taking sometime to get use to. There is absolutely no odour whatsoever to the pillow. The organic materials and construction of the pillow are of top quality.”

“Overall purchase experience was fine but the pillow itself did not work out. I was surprised by how heavy the pillow was when it arrived as I did not see this mentioned it any reviews. Even with a significant amount of fill removed, it is still heavy. As a result, it did not work for my arthritic father, which is disappointing given the price point. I suppose that’s the downside of purchasing online.”
