“First off, this is a really great Gi. It had a durable feel to the coat and the pants are nice and comfortable. It is, I believe, a single weave coat and the pants appear to be a simple cotton blend Jiu-jitsu pants. The pants could be thicker as well as the coat but I don't question the durability of either one. However, I do wonder about the longevity of the Gi. Based on the feel, fit, and function of the Gi I think it is a phenomenal beginners Gi if your just starting out or if you need a first Gi, you can't go wrong with this one. It is much lighter and thinner than your higher end competition Gi's but this is not a surprise considering the price range of competitive Gi's. My last point is branding. Revgear went a little heavy on the logos. They are on the inside of the Gi where the tag is, both shoulders of the Gi, and the lower left coat border. The free White belt also has a Revgear logo at the opposite end of the belt from the black patch. In my opinion this is a few too many brand logos and comes off a little tacky. All in all I think this is an amazing product and I will definitely be buying more for my students and friends. Thank you Revgear for another awesome product!”

“Over 20 years in Jiu-Jitsu, Iâ��ve gone through various gi types and cuts. I wear 2 giâ��s per day in this Florida heat, and this Revgear kimono is holding up as good or better that any of them up to this point. I particularly like the durability of the collar as it doesnâ��t fray like some of my other giâ��s Iâ��ve worn in the past. Bottom line is this. Itâ��s comfortable, durable, and comes at a favorable price. My students love the option on the 3 colors: Black, Blue and White, and the gi is decked out with some pretty boss patches too! I buy all my kids and adult kimonos now from Revgear. Thanks for making such a high quality product.”
