“The kick pad is sturdy, well sewn and has handles for various holding/position options. Despite arriving wrapped in plastic, the pad arrived covered in fine dirt and sand. Sand was crammed under every handle and into every crevice. Despite my cleaning efforts we still get sand out of it. The pad was so filthy it looked like it had been dragged around the desert.”

“Stop shopping and buy this shield. Other shields are often in the 50-75 dollar range but feel like hitting a couch cushion. This offers the student real feedback and dense padding. Holders feel safer and more secure as well. This is very well made and the best shield I've used in 30 years. I suggest it only for adults. Get a softer one for kids. Worth the $”
