I am however a bit confused by the seperate letter I received from your company. It looks like you are telling me that although you have already deducted your payment from my bank account that you are requesting an additional $100 payment. If this is true I will be returning what I received to you unopened and expect you to return my original payment in full. That would be a very dirty trick to pull on a customer if my understanding is correct.”
