“I found this tea flavor at at truck stop, in CA, the sold it in individual serving packets. Every time I would travel and stop there I would get them to sell me a box. Finally I got smart and went to the website, and found I could purchase from them. I just thought it was a wholesale product. I have been buying ever since. All the teas are good, but the lavender is my favorite. Especially refreshing iced in the summer, but is good hot too.”
“I'm a bit of a connoisseur of tea, but not terribly stuck up about it- I enjoy some blends in my grocery store house brand better than expensive alternatives, and some fancy special order teas I get from England. I do my best to sample widely and with an open mind. Earl Grey is one of my standby favorites- with that added bergamot it can stand up much better plain than an plain black tea can, and I've been enjoying a morning cup (off and on) for nearly a decade. I first tried Revolution tea a few years ago, when my personal tea supply was already bursting at the seams, and I absolutely loved ALL of their teas- but this Earl Grey Lavender has a special place in my heart.
This tea has a beautiful earl grey base, that is amazingly complemented by the added lavender. I've had a couple other Early Grey Lavender blends from other makers (including one of those special orders from England!), and Revolution is hands-down my absolute favorite. The lavender isn't too strong, but instead just refines the tea into something special, something unique- every morning I make a cup, I have to stop and savor it whenever I sip. I am in love...
I used to be so hectic at home I never had time to truly savor, but my mother LOVES Revolution Tea, and I always get to have some anytime I visit (which has become a weekly occurrence in this time of pandemic and change). I finally was able to clean out my pantry and kitchen, and sort through and reorganize my teas, and made a spot for the Revolution Earl Grey Lavender- first for the sachets in pouches, as I wasn't sure how fast I would drink it, and now I'm giving the tea its own glass canister (well sealed and shaded), so I've switched to the large 50 count bag for easy restocking and storage. I'm so pleased to have this tea in a spot of prominence on my tea shelf, and am looking forward to savoring many cups as the winter season begins!”
“I purchased Revolution Ginger Peach Tea on a whim back in 2010 and it has been a part of my pantry "essentials" ever since. The ginger and peach complement rather than overpower the flavor of the black tea, enhance that with a teaspoon of wildflower honey and you have the perfect start to the morning.”
“This is one of my favorite black teas. Discovered it first at a restaurant and then hunted down the maker so that I could have the tea at home. It has a delicate flavor (not bitter) despite its strength. One bag can make two equally wonderful cups of tea. No sugar needed. The flavor and scent is truly divine.”
