“I discovered this tea while dining at PF Chang's in Anaheim recently. I asked the waitress if she could let me know the make of the tea. She was wonderful and gave me 3 envelopes. As soon as I was back home in Northern CA I looked up the company and ordered a box. I usually prefer sweet teas, but this has such a lovely subtle flavor as well aroma. It's become my go to tea while at work. And while I do think the packaging uses way too much paper (I expected the simple bag I had gotten from the restaurant), it is very elegant and cute. Little boxes! I'm saving them to bring in to my students to use for building and making other things with. I will definitely reordering these when I've finished. Wish they sold them in stores.”
“My order was delayed due to some sort of snafu in shipping. I received an email on Dec 1 saying that it had shipping. It did not arrive until the 10th. I do appreciate the customer service agent who sent a second order, as it appeared that the first one had been lost.”
