“This is the 7th year I have ordered ribbons from Ribbons Galore. This year I picked a color that turned out to be lighter than I thought and since it wasn't a stock item wasn't returnable. Apparently didn't read the fine print about returns as I never was disappointed before. Customer service did have some suggestions for me that may work.”
