The company checks in with you by e-mail, and sends a preview of what they are going to print. I noticed that some wording had shifted, I wrote them back and was responded to right away. They did agree it had shifted, and fixed it. Communication was personal, professional and honest. And the ribbons are very high quality, and it came well before the expected date.
