“The ribbons turned out very nice. I had a specific design I wanted for the ribbons. I chatted with a nice guy, Dan, who was more than willing to help. He took the information I wanted, designed the ribbon and then sent me the design. It was nice, but I then decided I would like to change one word. He said no problem....nothing else. He changed it and when I got the invoice it had a significant charge for that one word change because I had ordered 100 ribbons. I was not informed of this before I made the change, or at the beginning of the order. I might have put a lot more thought into the information I gave him at the very beginning had I known this. I had a very tight budget and spent $27 more than I should have. If you are wanting advice as to "what to do better", it would be to tell people before you even start the process that there will be a charge for any changes. I would like to complement Dan on suggesting I order a few more ribbons than I needed to bring the total ribbons to the next level where there was a price break. So, in the end it probably worked out evenly. Thanks Dan!”
