“This is our second year ordering from Ribbons Galore and we will order again. Love everything about the ribbons, ordering process, shipping, and service. My only mild disappointment was that two of the ribbons were folded back (I suppose to make room in the box for all the rosettes to fit in) in such a manner that the ribbons were not perfectly flat. It isn't a crisis, however, as I've got time before our event to lay them flat and hope the bend disappears or at least minimizes.”

“The box was too small to accommodate 4 ribbons lying flat, so they overlapped them which squished one side of the rosette. I understand they were trying to save on shipping with a smaller box, but the ribbons would be better served by laying 3 across FLAT with no overlap.”
