“I ordered 17 ribbons in 2013 so when I wanted to reorder the exact quantity but with different wording for our 2014 show I called your customer service dept and they helped me process and make the order. When I received the ribbons, one of them was missing. It was partially my fault since I did not review the order which showed 1 less ribbon than ordered in 2013. It was the Best in Show ribbon which was very disappointing. I did not call to get order the missing ribbon because there was not enough time. Other than that, the ribbons were beautiful and I will definitely use you again for our next show.”
