“The knife is solid with a bit a weight, which is good. The metal parts are well built, however the hardware ( screws ) become loose and in two instances your company has had to replace the knife. Perhaps you could offer a screw replacement kit or “ lock tight” all the micro-screws to solve this repeating issue.
Furthermore you did replace the knife after the 1yr warranty period elapsed but you really should stand behind your product longer”
“Love this knife. It's a perfect daily carry. Not too big, not too small, and the serrated edge is nice to have. My ONLY complaint, and it's minor, is the pocket clip. It flares out just a LITTLE too much at the end and can catch on things like jackets/etc. I had it catch and pull the knife out of my pocket. Would be an easy way to lose a great knife. I know because this is how I lost the knife this one replaced.”
