I was in bad ned of a work backpack upgrade, and this fit the bill. Great room for folders and I loce the LapTop Access "Back Door". I have been using it now fora bout a week and have had two separate comments on what a nice looking bag it is. Planning to use it on a short hike this weeked, so we will see how it performs in the wild. Thank you!

This backpack is fantastic! Based on someone else's review, I ordered it for my trip to Japan. So glad I did! There's a perfect little pocket on the back for your passport. Kept all my things safe and organized. Kept my waterbottle in one of the mesh pockets, my sunglasses and gloves in the other. The magnetic closure is awesome and I love how it closes like a dry bag. It's stylish, comfortable. Can't say enough good things about it.

This is my second Roark backpack, first being the 55l Mule. This bag is a great, everyday carry bag but also worked out great for me for international travel. Lots of little compartment and hidey-holes - It's pretty water resistant and quite comfortable. I made some additions such as a hip belt and stash pack that made it great for hiking and lugging more stuff than I'm sure it was designed for. It's great for my valuables/devices as well since it's relatively pickpocket-proof (as much as can be expected & more). There are multiple ways to attach additional gear to the outside; which is always a plus. The only addition I'd like to see is compatibility with a hydration bladder, but that's something I'm sure could be rigged up easily.

awesome bag! not too large, but carries a lot. really well made with durable seams and zippers too. I traveled all over Ireland with it and it was perfect. carry groceries in it every week. most surprisingly is the balance, i have put up to 20 pounds in it and it sits so nicely on my back it never feels heavy to me.

This bag is exactly what I needed. My biggest concern was with the brown leather wearing out over time, but mine is still in perfect condition and i use it daily... The roll-up style closing of the bag is amazing and i love the multiple ways of tying it up. You can use it as a small bag or large bag too thats the best part of it. LOVE THIS BAG!
