I'm 6' 200lbs and kinda prefer the medium so I don't have to sinch them to my waste to keep them up. Large I have to tie and to me, that's something that can be a distraction if I don't tie it perfectly. I seem to love all of Roark's merch and would highly recommend it.”
“I found my favorite running shorts! These are very comfortable and lightweight. Great at moisture wicking as well. I run in the North Carolina heat/humidity so these are perfect in the summer. Some of my other running shorts look like I just got out of a pool after a 5+ mile run!
Size Note: I am 5'10 and 170lbs. Waist size is a 31/32. The size chart recommended a medium for me but I typically don't like a tighter fit of shorts/pants. I went with the large and they fit perfect for me. I probably like a baggier fit but something to consider when purchasing.”
