“A small fits well for me- usually a size 32 waist and 170lbs 5'10" I have the baja's as well and wanted something unlined. Unfortunately finish on these is not as nice as the baja- the rear zipper feels cheap and the seams began chaffing after 5 easy miles, but I do have thunder thighs. They work great for short runs and as swim baggies though!”
