“Unlike in the earlier days, Robinsons did not indicate the short expiry dates (less than 5 months APrIL 2025) of their stock. Usually when the expiry date is short, it will be highlighted so thar customer purchase knowingly; or the goods will be offered at higher discount. None of thiis happened. Also, one of the packaging is not intact. Lousy experience - will not buy again from Robinson - even if I have to switch to another brand.”
“Bought bedsheets. Website said choice of colors..I selected 'silver'. When they arrived, sheets were white. Pointed this out to staff on WhatsApp. They said embroidered line on pillowcase is silver. Sheets are white. Misleading advertisement to begin with. Very dissatisfied”
“I ordered the colour sea glass (green) but the bolster case came in white and was clearly not Egyptian cotton. It feels rough and not the same material as fitted sheet and pillow case. The entire set should have been the same colour and same material. This is definitely misleading on the website as it did not state that pillow and bolster will not be in same colour and material.
It’s difficult to return and exchange since I already ripped off the packaging. It’s frustrating that Robinsons does not even check before sending out the parcel.”

“Item was sold with rubber attachments for the handle, but the attachments did not have openings that would allow you to use the product. So I haven't been able to use this. Do not buy.”
