I really enjoyed my black belt training with Jason. He was very knowledgeable and engaging, and great at explaining complex things in a simple way! It was also good to have Cameron & Andy there for part of the course, as they were able to offer different experiences and insights. Overall a fantastic experience!

Great training - Interactive and the trainer always checked individuals learning before moving on

The course could not be faulted for me. There was practical and theoretical learning which helped no end in understanding and absorbing the material. The knowledge and experience that Jason and Andy brought to the course was second to none and i feel really benefited the course. They were able to give real life examples and experiences where techniques had been used. Overall a great course and a great 2 weeks learning.

Excellent course with lots of practical experiences which help you to apply and understand the principles you have learnt. Andy and Jason work well together and have a great wealth of different experiences to share which gave a good balance to the training. A great two weeks and time well spent on my personal development.

Very good course. A follow up session in a couple of months would be a good idea, to help review outcomes from projects

I really enjoyed the course and found it very interesting and rewarding. The knowledge and support from the trainers was excellent throughout. Having previously completed six sigma green belt training this course was the right development step for me and allowed me to learn more tools and methods in more detail. Other delegates in my team who had no prior six-sigma training were able to learn from the beginning all elements of the DMAIC cycle so I feel the course does cater for all needs. The simulation exercises were good to learn the tools and practice the methods, and the toolkut provided is a massive help as it is very difficult (and costly) to get Minitab and the toolkit allows delegates to complete the necessary analysis. I would recommend a bit more time on completing some of the analysis & statistical tests individually rather than in a group - for example, one person collated the data for hypothesis/regression testing on the simulations on their laptop and then the rest of the group gathered around the laptop whilst one person did the analysis. I think we were limited by the wifi in the room so we couldn't share the data between us, but I would have preferred to have the data myself and complete the analysis/tests using the tools so I could learn by doing rather than observing. I thought the pace and timing was good and there was a variety of learning styles incorporated with a good balance between practical and theory. I also found it useful to present my project and get feedback/ideas from the group to help guide the project. An excellent course thank you.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course was my first experience of a formal training course on Lean and Six Sigma, as a Process Improvement Manager I had some experience with some of the methodology and was looking forward to gaining some formal training in this subject. I found the course was perfect for my level of knowledge and experience and provided both a wide breadth of content covering the main aspects of Lean and Six Sigma, whilst going deep enough into key subjects to give me a good understanding of how to drive projects using the DMAIC model. The mixture of theoretical and practical learning was perfect as it allowed us to put what we had learned into practice and work together as a group to identify the best tools to use to solve the problem. The course trainers, Andy and Jason, were both excellent and brought both a mixture of practical experience and knowledge to the course. In addition to this they provided us with great insight into past experiences that we could learn from. Overall I would highly recommend the course for anyone who is new to Lean/Six Sigma or for anyone with previous knowledge/experience who wants to further enhance this.

I think the course was very well delivered by the two trainers. They did manage to bring theories into practice - and thereby made the course more usefull for me.
