“The product is top notch. Very high quality and work like magic with securing the bike and feeling confident. However due to issue that I had with my very unique type of tow bar I wasn't able to install it properly. I send it back to the shop and super friendly personnels helped me assess the situation and when it become evident that my car can't take that rack they refund me in full immediately. A bit sad that I had to let go of that rack but I am super happy with the service that I received from this company. Highly recommend them.”
