We are very sorry that you did not have a great experience. Although we were able to arrange both deliveries on the same day, we accept it is not ideal. Nearly all internet and high street retailers use third party fulfilment partners so we are not unusual in that regard. It does mean that sometimes we are let down and on this occasion I am very sorry that you experienced this. We are working with our partners to find new ways to prevent this from happening.
