“Lovely bed bought for grandchildren who sometimes stay overnight. Great quality and very sturdy. Just as well with four boy grandchildren aged between 3 and 5 years. Would recommend this space-saving bed to anyone.”

“Excellent - looks lovely - each slat needs two screws though so takes a bit of time! Ideally need two people to push sides together.”

We are very sorry that you did not have a great experience. Although we were able to arrange both deliveries on the same day, we accept it is not ideal. Nearly all internet and high street retailers use third party fulfilment partners so we are not unusual in that regard. It does mean that sometimes we are let down and on this occasion I am very sorry that you experienced this. We are working with our partners to find new ways to prevent this from happening. “My son loves his "big boy bed"! The bed was easy for me to put together and I did it in about 45 minutes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bed is well made and sturdy.”
