Our best selling Jubilee Bunk Bed with trundle is now available in Surf White. This traditional bunk with a contemporary twist offers the ultimate sleeping space for children sharing a bedroom or for sleepovers. The added trundle drawer easily pulls out on wheels to offer copious storage space for bedding, clothes, toys or games. Alternatively, pop in a Jubilee trundle mattress to create an extra bed for guests. 3 beds in 1! Our Jubilee Bunk really is a great space saver and will look super stylish in any bedroom. * Manufactured from a mixture of pine and MDF with a Surf White lacquered finish.
* Thick, solid bed posts 73 x 73mm * Slatted bed bases
* With underbed storage/ Trundle drawer
* Ladder fixed to the Right as shown.
* Requires 2 x Mattresses, size 90 x 190cm and the generous top bunk allows a mattress of up to 20cm deep
* Trundle drawer requires a bespoke size mattress of 90x182cm
* Recommended age for top bunk 6+
* Bunk splits into 2 single beds
* Complies with UK and European Safety Standards (EN747)
Assembly Instructions
The Jubilee bunk is designed for Self Assembly. 2 people are required to assemble and approximate build time is 1-2 hours. All products are supplied with clear and user friendly instructions. Do not use power tools as over-tightening can split the wood.

“Terrible quality which we could see from day one and never attempted to make it into bunk beds. Built one and just used as a single bed. Bought 2 yrs ago. Sat on the bed today to read to my son and the bed frame has broken.”

“The bed is brilliant - very sturdy. I was a little worried that one of the reviews suggested it was more cream than white but we have lots of white woodwork in the room and off white walls but it looks super. Not cream at all. A great product - would definitely recommend.”

“The quality of the bed is disappointing. Firstly the colour is not what I was expecting. I had ordered surf white expecting it to be slightly off-white. It looks cream. When we put the bed together, it became quite obvious that the overall appearance of the bed would not be as smooth and screw-hole-free as it looked in the photos. The holes for the bolts are exposed and there are no fittings provided to fill the holes. When the bed is made (top bunk) the bolt holes are visible. The screw heads on the ladder, where the runs are attached on the right-hand side, are seen and not hidden making the overall finish look cheap. We also bought the trunk hoping to use it for a third mattress. No chance! While there are 4 wooden supports on the base of the trunk the wood used as the base is flimsy and very thin. I don't even think it is made out of wood (think about the material used on the back of wardrobes to square it - it's the flimsiest stuff going and easily broken). Knowing the bed is going to be used by children from the minimum age of 6, I was expecting a trunk base that would be solid. It is that flimsy I can not even utilise it as adequate storage space, instead, it can only take the weight of a few toys and some bedding.”

We are sorry you are disappointed with your bed. Please send any photos in to our support team at support@roomtogrow.co.uk and we can investigate. We can send more cover caps to cover the screw heads. The trundle is designed for occasional use and is tested for such use. With a mattress and the supports it is a functioning trundle bed and many are sold for this purpose. Best wishes RTG
