“Looked well built and sturdy when unpacked but noticed part of the wood on top surface was raised On closer inspection I was able to get my nail under the surface and realised it wouldn't take much to break off when cleaning I emailed Roseland and phoned to let them know of the situation They asked me to provide photographs of the damage and on receipt offered me ВЈ30 partial refund if I kept the product As I was sure this damage would only become more extensive over time I requested that the table be collected and a full refund given I am expecting the courier tomorrow On refection I was not happy with the colour of the table but that was a personal preference -- it simply did not match my decor I could not fault ' Roseland" as they offered me a full refund and would certainly purchase from them again.”
