“I ordered a coffee table to match with two sideboards I have previously bought. The coffee table arrived and after unpacking, I discovered the struts that held the drawer in place were smashed up. Arrangements were made for the courier to collect this and replace with a new one. They collected but no replacement. The second table arrived and I was unable to screw the leg on as the metal sleeve inside the screw hole just turned so the screw would not tighten. I contacted Roseland and requested a new leg as I did not want to have to pack it all up again. I was told I had to have a whole new table so I am not on my third coffee table. This one is fine but what a performance. Roseland really need to look at their quality control and I was very disappointed and angry with the whole process. Not good at all.”
