“Speed of delivery and price of item were great. Only issue is one of the chest of drawers had an issue on the back. One of the staples securing the back of the unit was not fixed in properly so there is a slight gap.”

“We ordered this TV unit and requested next day delivery. For some reason it was then scheduled to arrive a couple of days later. We contacted Roseland and they immediately refunded us the delivery. We then had further issues with the courier, but Roseland's customer service was faultless. They were incredibly understanding and kept in contact with us until the unit was eventually delivered. They also gave us a goodwill payment. We are delighted with the unit - we'd been searching for one small enough to fit into a small alcove . The quality is excellent and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Roseland again. In fact we have since ordered the matching console table and because of the issues we had with delivery, the Saturday delivery fee was waived. Such good, personal customer service is rare these days.”
