“I wouldn't bother paying for the extra delivery service unless it needs to go upstairs or something. £25 for them to walk 3 steps through the hall into the front room! Also, be prepared for a trip to the tip as our furniture came in massive cardboard boxes with lots of packaging. Paying the extra doesn't mean they take it away. Furniture is OK. I expected more 'chunky' oak and the inside of the drawers are flimsy and IKEA like. It also felt a bit damp out of the box but hoping that will dry. When I emailed about delivery I got a rude email back. I don't think I'd use again and wouldn't recommend to others.”

Hello and thank you for your review :) Just to let you know that our waxed items can sometimes seem quite 'sticky' because they have an extra layer of wax to protect them during transit - a quick buff with a suitable cloth and/or a fresh layer of wax is all they will need.
