“Previous puchases from Roseland have been excellent but that was a year ago. What has gone wrong ?... The build quality of the Surrey bedside units have been really bad . I don't believe these items are quality checked before being shipped out as they looked like rejects that shouldn't have been sent out to customers in the first place. The customer service was exellent though. Very prompt arranging collections and replacements but just couldn't seem to get units without major defects and damage. Please look into your QC because this purchase could very easily have turned into a pleasant experience as before.”
