“'Oak' dressing table arrived damaged. All four legs were split, a joint on the front was open and the frame behind was badly split. The dressing table is made up of an oak top and legs but the remaining frame is cheap, poor quality pine and ply. Not what you would expect from oak-quality furniture. Spend a bit more and buy the real thing. However, the customer service to get this returned and refunded was very good.”

“I purchased a Surrey Oak Dressing Table set. Upon opening the box I discovered the table leg was damaged - the wood had spilt. I contacted Roseland and a collection and replacement order was placed. However, this arrived one day late. Nonetheless I am satisfied with my purchase. It is a lovely piece of furniture.”
