“Waited long time for delivery but was disappointed with nest of tables which had several scuffs and chips on tables as you can see from photos attached to post which isn't good. There was also no allen key but luckily I had my own allen key so could assemble the tables.”

“This review relates to the 'London Oak' nest of small tables. The quality of the product is excellent. The reason I have given them 4 stars is because of the scope to improve their communication relating to the progress of orders. I was told the item would take 4-6 weeks to arrive, and it did take 6 weeks. From the confirmation of order email the next one I had was 6 weeks later to say that the item had been despatched. As it was at the upper end of the delivery window, and I had had no further updates, I was concerned and about to chase it. Perhaps an interim stage in the order process saying 'your order is being processed and we estimate it will be despatched on xx/xx/xx'. would be helpful.”

“It’s nothing like the rest of the range, of which we already have many items. Wanted the matching nest of tables and it’s nothing like the range in colour, design, grain, doesn’t even look like oak. All Roseland can do is fob us off with repeated excuses that’s it’s a natural product. It in no way even remotely resembles the rest of the range.”

“The London Oak nest of tables was not the same wood grain as the rest of our London Oak furniture. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back but I am disappointed. The grain is more like the Abbey. The quality is still very good and at a reasonable price.”

“The small nest of tables we purchased are superb quality - heavy, good quality wood, and fit into the spaces we had for them perfectly. Nice to have something small and so beautiful. Thank you.”
