“Good quality product that fits nicely into the allotted space - perfect size for the dimensions of my living room. Only slight problem - delivery! I was left a card on Friday 20/07 evening stating that furniture would be delivered on Monday 22/07. As I could not be a available at such short notice I tried to contact Tuffnells to re-arrange Unfortunately (despite stating Saturday opening hours) they close at weekend I phoned Roseland Furniture, explained my situation n agreed a delivery with the operator She stated she would e-mail immediately and follow up with call on Monday to change delivery to Wenesday Furniture was delivered on Monday n signed for by a stranger After several calls I established stand delivered to neighbour I questioned the Monday delivery n was told Roseland had not contacted them n their practice is to leave with neighbour (I didnt know) Eventually (on Wednesday) I retrieved my furniture.”
