“The item was of good quality and we are pleased with it. However we were given a delivery slot of 2.29 - 4.49 which came and went with no advice. Upon checking myself I was told delivery would be by 5.30 which was also missed and no update was received. The item then arrived just after 8pm ...not great!.”
