“The item was very well packaged and was undamaged In Transit the book case is very high quality made of real solid oak it seems very sturdy and looks like it will last a long time, it also looks expensive not as wide as I thought so can't fit my Harry potter compendium books on but that's my fault!t as didn't understand the measurements ments”

“Delivery by Tuffnells was delayed by a day despite being told it was on the way when chased. When our London Oak large bookcase finally arrived we were quite disappointed with the quality given the great reviews. The amount of solid wood is minimal and it consists largely of thin veneer panels. The top appears unfinished and has softwood struts exposed which the top veneer panel is fixed to. Therefore the top is not flat and not suitable for putting anything on. Definitely not worth the £219 we paid. On the positive side, it fits well in our alcove and looks good.”

“Shelves were sturdy and looked good. I can see why they are cheap but that is not a critism, I am glad I bought them. The courier service was a bit wobbly and I felt wobbly when I read their reviews on line, but fears were unfounded and my shelves arrived safely albeit a little late.”
