“Externally the doors are not flush, there is a bent hinge one side exposing a large gap and inner wood is exposed on the other side, it’s exactly how cheap flat pack furniture looks after a few years when it goes all wobbly. Internally the top magnet locks were broken off and a side support damaged and totally split where it has fallen off exposing a screw and staples. It’s not held together well. Some of the screws holding the doors on do not appear to be flush and look forced in at the wrong angle. I expect this is either from poor workmanship and/or for being too tightly wrapped in plastic as the delivery box was bent inwards. I am sure this cupboard wouldn’t even be fit for purpose in the shelves of a clearance store. I agreed a discounted price to try and repair so it didn’t end up in landfill but the repairs improved impossible”

“Arrived damaged and not as described. The damage was a manufacturing fault but the decided to send it anyway despite a quality control sticker on the back of it! This is NOT solid oak. The back is cheap and rough with unsightly nails visible all over it. The cabinet is extremely light and flimsy. Offered £20 for damage which was increased to £30 on me challenging and they refused to go higher.”
