“ordering and delivery great and quick. Poor handles had to wash and scrubstuff off them to make them look good. The outside looks good but the inside wood is very very poor”

“On the "London" sideboard we ordered, the overall finish was nice, but the shelves and drawer bases were made from thin, flimsy pine(?) sheets, some of the construction (e.g. feet at rear) looked like just odd bits of off-cut wood cobbled together. To be fair, the unit did look pretty smart, and might suit some people when immediate budget is the top priority, but in our case we decided to return it as (especially given the short guarantee) we were just concerned about longevity.”
