“Looks good and fits where I wanted it to. Straightforward to screw in the drawer handles. The drawers slide well. My main comment is that although the delivery men carried it upstairs they didn't unpack it and take away all the cardboard, as has happened with other items I have purchased.”

“I am not entirely satisfied that the description truly reflects the standard of build that the website suggests. For instance, "all drawers are crafted with dovetail joints". That is true, but only at the front: the back is attached to the side by nail pins. "Solid oak, solid pine, and selected real oak veneers make up the design" is also not a true reflection of the construction: the bottoms of the drawers are just 2mm thick, and secured to the frame by staples, so there is a need for caution when deciding what load can be put in the drawers. The back panel of the unit is also constructed of thin wood, once again secured by staples. Cosmetically, from the front the unit looks quite good; the interior construction is of much lower quality. "Solid" means hard and strong: this product, from Vietnam, has some shortcomings in that regard.”
