“Lovely little cabinet, well made and nice 2 look at, only problem was it was a lot smaller than i expected, but i did need a smaller 1 than my previous so over all i was pleased with my purchase x”

“We've ordered the Daymer Cream bed, drawers and bedside tables. Really happy with the range- they look great. Though the delivery company Roseland use, Panther aren't the greatest. Our delivery was delayed quite a bit due to Panther sending stock back without contacting us or Roseland then on a 2nd attempt losing our items. We can't fault Roseland, they're customer service was fab, and the guys we spoke to were really friendly and worked to fix the problems. When our delivery came, Panther were generally quite rude, acting like our delivery was a chore to them. This was both on the phone to their offices and the delivery drivers in person. Unfortunately part of our order was damaged, but Roseland sorted this really quickly. When it came to the 2nd delivery for replacement, one the of delivery guys was incredibly rude and down right lazy. Saying he'd leave our drawers on the ground floor hallway (they were for the spare bedroom upstairs) luckily his colleague wanted to do his job and all was sorted, but couldn't help feeling that the drivers just didn't want to be there. Roseland- your customer service guys are fab, but we'd seriously suggest you rethink the delivery company you use. They bring your overall customer experience down.”

“The first box arrived and was badly damaged but Roseland acted immediately and sent someone to collect it and a replacement sent, which was perfect. We bought it for our baby granddaughter as a toy box, we love it. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was the quality control aspect that allowed the damaged box to slip through initially.”

“Bought the large cabinet early this year so now I have the console table to match. Draw is a little sticky so needs two hands to open and will need to be secured to the wall but over all IвЂ™m happy.”
