“This item could be made more sturdy simply by adding a brace bar near the foot of each pair of legs. This furniture is made abroad (I believe in the far East). The price reflects the product.”

“I ordered this as a surprise 60th present. I received the table and the first item I unpacked was broken which meant I had to get a replacement and therefore it wouldn't be made up in time for my mum's return from holiday. I sent a note on Sunday to inform them of the damage and received a response a few hours later to say that a replacement table would arrive Tuesday and they would do the exchange. The table arrived and I left work early to get it to my parents and made up for when my mum returned from work and discovered one set of legs scuffed like it had been damaged by a nail. I went ahead and put the table up as by this point, her birthday had passed and given it was a special birthday, I didn't want to delay. I contacted Roseland this morning and sent them pictures and asked that they send me a set of legs so I could replace them and I am told that they cannot do that and would need to replace the table! They expect me to package up yet another table and wait for another when there is no guarantee this table will be undamaged. The courier who made the exchange informed me that making exchanges is a frequent thing so it gives you an idea! I would suggest you stay well away from this company!”
