“The product is just what I wanted, thank you. However I paid ВЈ25 extra for a two-man delivery and was informed they would unpack it and take away the packaging. They informed me at once that this was not part of their contract and I'd been wrongly informed. However, realising that I lived alone they offered to unpack the bookshelves but were not prepared to remove the packaging. Fortunately my neighbour (who is also over 80) was able to help remove it and will be taking it to the local tip. As others may have had the same problem I think this should be sorted out. At 83 I am in no position to deal with enormous packages on my own.”

“I'm very pleased that I listened to the reviews and bought this. It is excellent for my needs and good quality. There is a smell to the drawers at first but I kept them out in my garage for the first week and that did the trick- the smell has gone . delivery was very fast as well,great all round.”
